Design
Thinking

PM+ provides senior-level certified Design Thinking consultants to realize customer-centric innovation. By leveraging Design Thinking Framework, PM+ resources will help facilitate change with a proven, iterative problem-solving methodology.   In doing so, PM+ will conduct need finding exercises to identify pain points and/or facilitate brainstorming and rapid prototyping exercises to improve end user/customer experience.

Business
Analysis

PM+ provides senior-level Business Analysis services to liaise with business, IT and external stakeholders in order to complete cost benefit analysis as well as business case, strategy and roadmap development.  Other analysis services include business and system process documentation, storyboarding, user interface design, data mapping along with  BI/data analytics (i.e. dashboards).

Project
Management

PM+ provides senior-level program / project management (PM) services  to support large-scale  initiatives.  The PM enables the Scrum teams to maintain velocity by focusing on stakeholder co-ordination, project communications, budget and risk management; PMO and executive reporting.   PM+ provides a multi-disciplined team to effectively manage across both business and IT operations.

Control

PM+ provides Project Management Control  services (administrative & financial control).  These intermediate project management services record and document meeting minutes while maintaining  (action/decision/issue logs). These services compliment our overall offering, particularly large-scale project management and business analysis while better focusing senior level project management to focus on non-administrative functions.

Scrum
Master

PM+ provides certified Scrum Master services  to support your Agile-based projects.  PM+ Scrum Masters will ensure the adoption of Scrum framework and practices through coaching. Experienced, committed servant leaders who foster team collaboration and focus on early outcomes while in alignment with the overarching Program or Project goals.
