PM+ was co-founded by accomplished professionals Taylor Mieske and Dan Shear, with track records of success.  PM Plus has served the Financial Sector since its establishment, and 2025 marks our 20th year of business.  Watch for an exciting pending announcement (this summer)! 

TAYLOR MIESKE is a highly experienced business-technology consultant and has managed professional service practices for over 25 years.  She has been featured in CIO Canada and has successfully led numerous customer service transformations in both the public and private sector. Taylor is the President and Managing Partner of PM Plus.

DAN SHEAR is a highly skilled corporate/commercial, IT and outsourcing lawyer with over 25 years of practice experience. Dan is a business law instructor at the University of Toronto.  Dan also provides legal and strategic advice to the Ontario government.
